Why do you ask so many questions before we even talk?
With those preliminary questions, we can get to know f both of us are a good fit for one another.
Our website prices are at least USD$1,500 for a basic 4-page website (Home, About, Blog, and Contact Us pages).
If your budget is lesser than that, then we are unlikely to take the project from you.
What is the currency used?
All quotes and mentioned prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
What do you not include in your website quote?
Unless otherwise specified, we do not includ any form of custom work (theme, plugins, and/or websites), digital marketing, content creation and edits, and coding in our website quotes.
Do we have to buy our own software licenses?
You will have to get your own license for a website builder if you decide to edit the website on your own after we are done building the website for you.
There are two options, annual or one-time fee. Reach out to us for a private discussion with regards.
As for other software on your website, we usually include free versions. If there are paid versions of those software, you are most welcome to talk to us, and we can direct you to the website to make the purchase directly from the software author.
For that particular software, you will directly seek support from the software company which you purchased it from.
Do we have to purchase our own hosting?
We usually include a full year of hosting for free with every website we build for our clients.
In the event that you outgorw our hosting, we can have a discussion with you for options for other paid options.
From the second year onward, managed hosting is just US$69 per month, billed at an upfront for an entire year. Oherwise, you can go month-to-month at $109/month
Do we have to update the software in our website by ourselves?
We can update the software for you, and also do daily backups for a small fee of US$15/month, billed upfront as US$180.
We do not perform any troubleshooting in the event that the plugin causes the website to malfunction.
We will restore the website to the previous working state.
You can then resolve the issue by yourself. Or you can reach out to us for assistance.
If you reach out to us, you can:
1. Purchase a ticket for us to solve ONE issue at US$79 per ticket, or
2. Pre-purchase a minimum of 4 hours at total of US$347 for us to troubleshoot issues with your website. (Billed per 15 min block)
Do we have to purchase a SSL certificate for our website?
You do not have to do that.
We provide either Let’s Encrypt, or Auto SSL certificates for your website to secure it.
These are free SSL certificates by non-profits to ensure that we are all browsing on the web safely.
Do you offer other services?
Yes we do!

– Search engine optimisation (SEO) services
– Digital marketing services (paid ads)
– Blog writing services (1 blog article under 1,000 words per quarter at US$699 for 4 articles)
– Website care (updating website software, AND troublshooting issues) at US$199/month per WordPress installation
